La partenza dell'itinerario e' dal centro commerciale shopping center di Latina scalo,si passa da prima vicino All' Abbazia dI Valvisciolo,da li si sale a Norma salendo a norma si consiglia di fermarsi x vedere da prima tutta la pianura pontina e dopo i Giardini di Ninfa,arrivati al paese di Norma si prosegue verso Cori dopo circa 5/6km sulla destra si trova lo sterrato che sale fino a Monte Lupone
