Partenza dal posteggio alberato di America dei Boschi, salita su asfalto fino a Saliceto, alla rotonda si prosegue diritto e si prende il sentiero S1; alla prima biforcazione, si prende a sinistra, e si prosegue. Le prime due discese che si incontreranno non sono impegnative più di tanto, ma occorre fare attenzione ai solchi presenti. Ad un certo punto dovremo svoltare a destra, e percorreremo un tratto in leggera salita, ma dopo pochi metri imboccheremo una bella discesa in mezzo ai castagni: nella seconda metà del sentiero occorrerà seguire le tracce a terra e passare nel bosco, in quanto due pini abbattuti ostruiscono la strada, mentre gli ultimi 80m. dovremo abbandonarlo, in quanto la stradina è talmente rovinata da moto e trattori, da risultare impraticabile. Si prende a sinistra la strada bianca fino ad arrivare al parco del Roero di qui si prosegue imboccando una strada in terra rossa, risulterà in discesa dopo i primi 10m. attenzione quando si rientra nel bosco alle tracce per terra che renderanno meno scorrevole il tutto. Il tratto successivo, è un piacevole saliscendi nel bosco. Ritornati sulla strada bianca che porta a Saliceto la si percorre si svolterà a destra in un viottolo in salita, in cima alla quale si prende a sinistra la leggera salita. Quando si percorrerà il tratto con il bosco a sinistra a campi/prati una leggera salita ci porterà a un tratto in discesa con una bella curva in appoggio a sx. Arriveremo velocemente ad una svolta a sinistra, li comincia l'ultima discesa, con un paio di rilanci; attenzione al tratto più ripido, al termine dovremo svoltare a destra, con un albero che fa da spartitraffico, quasi in piano si arriva a svoltare a sinisra e si riprende la discesa. Quando si incrocia la strada bianca, si svolterà a sinistra e di qui si ritorna al posteggio Da Bra la strada che fiancheggia l'ospedale direzione Saliceto Pocapaglia, come si incontra il cartello America dei Boschi sulla sinistra c'è il posteggio
