Ottimo itinerario con partenza da l'Escarène (circa 25 km da Nizza).
Prima parte della salita su forestali poi praticamente tutto su single tracks molto belli con tratti in discesa molto impegnativi.
La zona comunque si presta a moltissime varianti, soprattutto in discesa.
Vista la quota non elevata si consiglia di evitare l'estate.

First part of the climb on forest then pretty much everything on single tracks with very nice downhill very challenging.
The area, however, lends itself to many variations, especially downhill.
