Itinerario molto duro, con molti tratti a spinta, ma favoloso dal punto di vista panoramico e con bellissimi sentieri. Da Fucine si sale per la pista ciclabile sterrata fino al passo Tonale. Da qui si pedala ancora fino a malga Valbiolo. Poi la strada diventa sempre più ripida e bisogna spingere fino al passo dei contrabbandieri. Qui il panorama è bellissimo, ma dobbiamo proseguire sul sentiero in costa verso il rif. Bozzi. Dopo un meritato ristoro, riprendiamo a pedalare e a spingere fino alla forcella di Montozzo. Ormai il grosso è fatto e ci godiamo il bel sentiero con tratti tecnici verso il lago di pian Palù. Al bivio prendiamo il sentiero a dx (111b) fino al rist. Fontanino e poi il 110 a dx del rio con qualche saliscendi fino al forte Barba di fior. Da qui si scende verso Pejo e Cogolo, dove riprendiamo la ciclabile a dx fino in fondovalle. Itinerary very hard, with many features to push, but fabulous in terms of scenic and beautiful trails. From Forges go up the dirt bike path up to the Tonale pass. From here you will cycle again until Malga Valbiolo. Then the road becomes steeper and you have to push up to the step of smugglers. Here the scenery is beautiful, but we have to continue on the path towards the coast in ref. Bozzi. After a well-earned refreshment, we continue to pedal and push up the fork to Montozzo. Now the bulk is done and we enjoy the beautiful trail with technical stretches towards the lake floor Palu. At the fork, take the path on the right (111b) to the rest. Little fountain and then the 110 to the right of the river with some ups and downs until the fort's Beard flower. From here we descend towards Pejo and Cogolo, where we take the right path down into the valley. Val di Sole, resorts Forges, parking along the road near the petrol station
