Si tratta di un itinerario molto vario e panoramico, dopo una lunga salita in pate asfaltata si passa per i boschi del giogo di plazzoles e poi si scende sul bel sentiero 25 verso la val d'Ultimo, Prima di scendere a valle, andiamo alla scoperta di un altro paio di sentieri. E' un percorso piuttosto lungo e faticoso, oltre che impegnativo ma di soddisfazione per bikers esperti Autostrada a22 uscita bolzano sud, superstrada per merano, uscita merano centro , parcheggio presso la stazione ferroviaria
