Partendo da Surlej (grande parcheggio prima degli impianti di risalita) si sale all'ultima funivia da qui inizia il sentiero segnato per Fuorcla Surlej. E' interamente pedalabile su strada battuta (eccetto brevi tratti molto ripidi e sconnessi dopo l'Alp Margun). La prima parte della discesa in Val Roseg molto tecnica e sconnessa fino a fondovalle (a tratti con bici in spalla), poi scorrevole fino a Pontresina. Da qui un lungo tratto con saliscendi continui in un bosco spettacolare si raggiunge Surlej. N.B. A Pontresina, prima del passaggio a livello, si può prendere la strada a dx che conduce al sentiero (segnato Surlej) che si ricongiunge alla traccia senza perdere quota.

Starting from Surlej (large parking lot before the lifts) you climb the last cable car from there begins the path marked for Fuorcla Surlej. E 'fully pedaled on dirt road (except for short steep slopes and uneven after the Alp Margun). The first part of the downhill in Val Rosegg very technical and bumpy to the valley floor (sometimes with bike on shoulder), then sliding up to Pontresina. From here a long stretch with constant ups and downs in a spectacular forest is reached Surlej. N.B. In Pontresina, before the level crossing, you can take the road to the right that leads to the path (marked Surlej) who rejoins the track without losing altitude.
