Percorso di media difficoltà, particolarmente indicato in estate, quasi tutto sterrato sottobosco.
Dopo una salita costante si affronta un tratto impegnativo che porta fino al rifugio di San Gerbone, da qui è tutto un sali scendi per circa 5 Km poi giù in una spettacolare carrareccia frangifuoco.

Route of medium difficulty, particularly suitable in summer, almost all dirt undergrowth.
After a steady climb we face a challenging stretch leading up to the shelter of San Cerbone, from here it's all up and down for about 5 km then down in a spectacular carrareccia firebreaks.
