Lasciamo l'auto in un parcheggio del paese prospicente all'uscita dell'autostrada, da qui andiamo per asfalto fino al paese di Conscente, per poi abbandonare la strada, superato il paese in direzione di Castelbianco.
Una vecchia carrareccia militare che sale al forte di Arnasco, un pò sconnessa e con pendenze medie del 10%, in 5 km. ci fa salire dal mare a 500m. circa.
Un bel traverso in piano, molto panoramico, per raggiungere il forte di Arnasco.
La discesa, decisamente tecnica, nella sua prima parte, ci fa raggiungere una sterrata che ci porta al paese omonimo.
Attraversata la strada, ci si infila in un nuovo sentierino, che ci fa raggiungere, l'asfaltata di Cenesi, ancora una disgressione off road, e raggiungiamo il punto di partenza.
