Un ' itinerario con basso grado di difficolta' , ma che per lunghezza (75 km.) e dislivello (1316 m.) puo' essere un buon allenamento.
Per prima cosa raggiungiamo Altare come meglio crediamo , se vogliamo risparmiare un' po di tempo possiamo seguire la provinciale da Savona.
Raggiunto Altare (km. 11.5) superiamo il forte e andiamo verso il centro del paese e facciamo attenzione alle indicazioni per Mallare che seguiamo svoltando a sinistra (km. 12.9).
Seguiamo la strada che abbiamo imboccato , proseguiamo superando alcuni capannoni , fino a raggingere alcune case in localita' Acque.
Qui facciamo attenzione ad un evidente strada sterrata che superato un ponte svolge a sinistra nel bosco ( km.15.8) , al momento segnalato anche con cartello giallo BADBIKERS , rimaniamo su questa strada , che con buon fondo ci porta in breve alle Tagliate (km.21.5).
Qui proseguiamo dritti in piano (occhio alle auto) sempre su buona sterrata verso le vicine Rocche Bianche , dopo una costruzione troviamo un' evidente incrocio (km.25.7) , prendiamo la strada in salita.
Restando sulla strada principale , trascuriamo le strade laterali e raggiuingiamo con qualche breve strappo la Colla di S.Giacomo (km.27.8)
Da qui proseguiamo sulla strada principale che in leggera discesa scende a sinistra , rimanendo su quest' ultima proseguiamo fino a raggiungere l' asfalto della Provinciale di Calice (km. 32.5) .
Svoltiamo seccamente a sinistra ed iniziamo la discesa verso il mare.
Al primo incrocio giriamo a sinistra in direzione Orco Feglino (km.36.7) una volta raggiunto il paese svoltiamo a destra in direzione Finale (km.39.5).
Ora non ci resta che raggiungere l' Aurelia a Finale (km. km.47)
Da qui verso levante e di nuovo a Savona

Here we go straight in plan (watch for cars) always on good dirt road to the nearby Fortresses White, after a building there is a 'clear intersection (km.25.7), take the road uphill.
Staying on the main road, we neglect the side streets and raggiuingiamo with a short tear the glue of St. James (km.27.8 )
From here we continue on the main road on a slight descent down to the left, staying on the latter 's continue until you reach the' asphalt of the Provincial Chalice (km. 32.5).
We turn sharply to the left and begin the descent towards the sea.
At the first intersection, turn left in the direction of Orco Feglino (km.36.7) once you reach the village turn right towards Finale (km. 39.5).
Now we just have to get to the 'Aurelia Finale (km. km.47)
From here to the east and back to Savona
