Volta mista (terra + alcatrão) a partir do Pão de Acuçar - Eiras. Segue em direcão ao monte perto de Brasfemes (campo do Eirense) e depois de uma volta pela Fábrica Velha, segue por alcatrão de regresso ao Pão de Açucar.


mixed back (land + tar) from Sugar Loaf - Eiras. Follow in direction to the hill near Brasfemes (Eirense field) and after a tour of the Old Factory, follows a tarred return to Sugar Loaf.
