Nice quick trip for Tourcycles and Sunday-trip even for not too frequent cycling families.Starting Frankfurter Bogen going downhill to Bad Vilbel and joining the Nidda Radweg. Now goingt the Nidda-River all the way down-river through the Frankfurt-outskirts to Hoechst where the Nidda joins the Main-River.Now the Main River all along through Frankfurt til the city-limits Franfurt Offenbach (which me being born in Frankfurt are forbidden to cross...) and now the first time on normal roads back to Frankfurter Bogen.Except for 5 KM all is on cycling-tracks which are reasable for all sorts of bikes - including race-tires (.. if you are not too cautios..). Almost no climbs - just on the last 3 KM Frankfurt (altitude information provided is wrong...).
Can be cut short to almost anything from 30-50 KM by either goingt to Harheim instead of Bad Vilbel or leaving the Main-Radweg earlier going through Frankfurt.
