Sentiero tranquillo che porta dalla località turistica di Sellia Marina allo splendido canyon delle Valli Cupe con pareti tagliate verticalmente, inaccessibili e aspre, con profilo spesso ricco di una miriade di piccoli anfratti scavati dagli agenti atmosferici, regno esclusivo degli uccelli.Il sentiero è in parte asfaltato (malamente), per poi proseguire lungo il letto del fiume che ha dato origine alle valle stesse.
