Verso Antiorario - Lunghezza = 97 Km - Dislivello Sal/Disc = +3750 m
Quote min/Max = 1408 / 2361 - Ciclabilità su tempo 96% (a piedi 25 min ) - Tempo Standard ore 11:40 min
Velocità media = 8,3 Km/ora - Difficoltà Tecnica = 7/7 - G.D. = 155 Impossibile !
NOTE Il dato G.D. impossibile è riferito a una vam di 600 m/ora ( ciclista standart ) mentre chi ha una vam superiore potrà senzaltro divertirsi tenendo sempre presente i 3750 m di dislivello.
Premetto che il tratto creste di Siusi e sentiero Federico Augusto sono molto battuti dagli escursionisti: consiglio di evitare i momenti più affollati.
DESCRIZIONE
Da Selva di val Gardena si sale in direzione ovest, nell'intento di aggirare il Sasso Lungo e il Sasso Piatto; all'uscita dal bosco l'Alpe di Siusi vi accoglierà con tutta la sua bellezza; al passo Duron si abbandona la principale per il sentiero 594 per le creste di Siusi, al rif.Sasso Piatto si prosegue per il sentiero Federico Augusto ( in questa direzione non c'è il divieto per le bike, divieto che si trova dall'altro lato, quello del col Rodella, ma non si è tenuti a saperlo), questo tratto si dimostrerà il più impegnativo per tecnica pendenze + e - tratti a piedi , ma molto appagante come scenario.
Dal rif Valentini una ripida discesa conduce al Lupo Bianco , ne segue un tratto noioso su asfalto, Al wp P chi vuole può rimanere in quota per il sentiero N° 680 situato a DX , sentiero che si incrocerà più in avanti.
Prestare attenzione nell'attraversare le piste da sci a Porta Vescovo il sentiero si fa molto stretto. Dopo la discesa per Ornella , la risalita per l'abitato di Cherz, fontana, la direzione giusta va per l'Incisa e la discesa verso Corvara. Oltrepassata la cascata di Pisciadù, un tratto a piedi , per poi rispuntare sull'asfalto in direzione passo Gardena; dei lavori in corso mi hanno fatto deviare per un sentiero con ultimo tratto a spinta, si può tenere in considerazione di risalire per la stradina al Dantercepis. Arrivati a questo punto il compito più gravoso lo subiranno i freni Selva si può raggiungere dall' autostrada del Brennero per ponte Gardena e Ortisei , o da Belluno per Alleghe passo Fedaia, Canazei e Passo Sella

NOTE The figure G.D. it is impossible to refer to a vam 600 m / hour (rider standart), while those with a higher vam senzaltro can have fun while keeping in mind the 3750 m in altitude.
