Von St.Pankraz taleinwärts bis zum Ortsausgang, hier links abbiegen Richtung Mitterbad, unterhalb der Staumauer des Pankrazer See bergan bis zum Abzweig links Richtung Buchen auf der asphaltierten Straße bis auf ca. 1250 m, danach weiter auf der Forststraße Richtung Jausenstation Pfrolin und Platzer Jöchel 1510 m, hier rechts auf dem Weg Nr. 10 Richtung Platzers 1284 m (Steile Abfahrt auf teilweise grobem Schotter), am Ende der Abfahrt rechts auf asphaltierter Straße Richtung Gampenpass 1518 m, von dort abwärts durch den Ort Unsere Liebe Frau im Walde bis zum Abzweig rechts in den Forstweg bergan bis auf ca. 1585 m, dann links ab über den Wanderweg Nr. 3 (leicht bergan mit Schiebepassagen), nach der Bachüberquerung (Holzbrücke) trifft man auf den Forstweg 1700 m, hier biegt man links ab und fährt abwärts bis man auf die Forststraße die zur Aleralm führt 1600 m, hier biegt man rechts ab und folgt dem Forstweg, bis man auf den Wanderweg 8, 133 trifft ca. 1780 m, von hier auf dem Weg Nr. 8 bis zum Parkplatz an der Passstraße des Hofmadjoch 1666 m, von hieraus auf der Passstraße Richtung Ultental über Eggerberg bis zur Talstraße hier rechts vorbei am Pankrazer See zurück zum Startpunkt (einige Tunneldurchfahrten). Alternativ wäre auch nach der ersten Tunneldurchfahrt die Abfahrt über die Forststraße zum Laugenhof und von dort über den Wanderweg Nr. 8 (zwei bis drei kurze Schiebepassagen, je nach Können) Richtung Mitterbad und zurück zum Startpunkt möglich.

St.Pankraz of the valley to the village exit, turn left here towards Mitterbad, below the dam of Lake Pankrazer uphill to the junction turn left towards houses on the paved road up to about 1250 m, then continue on the forest road toward Mountain Pfrolin and Platzer Jöchel 1510 m, right here on the road # 10 towards Platzers 1284 m. & nbsp; (Steep descent to partially coarse gravel), at the end of the exit turn right on paved road towards Passo Palade 1518 m, downhill from there & nbsp; through the town of Our Lady of the forest to the junction right uphill into the forest to about 1585 m, then turn left on route no. 3 (slightly uphill with sliding passages), after the creek crossing (wooden bridge), you meet the forest road 1700 m, here turn left and travels downwards until you reach the forest road leading to Aleralm 1600 m, here turn right and follow the forest road until the trail 8, 133 encountered 1780 m, from here on the path no. 8 to the parking lot at the mountain pass of Hofmadjoch 1666 m, from here on the pass road & nbsp; direction Val d'Ultimo on Egger mountain to valley road here right past the Pankrazer lake back to the starting point (some through tunnel). Alternatively, it would also after the first tunnel crossing the departure & nbsp; along the forest road to Laugenhof and from there on. & Nbsp; route no 8 (two to three short & nbsp; sliding passages, depending on ability) & nbsp; direction Mitterbad and possible back to the starting point.
